Requirements to Graduate

All students will need to meet the following degree requirements in order to successfully earn the MSBS degree:

  • Complete a minimum of 36 graduate credits

  • Complete the Core Curriculum with an average grade of B (3.0) or higher

  • Must achieve an average GPA of at least a 3.0.

  • Complete a written thesis (Track 1) or a capstone project (Tracks 2, 3, and 4)

  • Successfully defend the thesis or capstone

  • Deposit the accepted and approved thesis or capstone

  • Complete and submit the Application for Degree Conferral

  • Complete and submit the Commencement Ceremony Participation

  • Student Checkout Form - Submitted during your last term before graduation
